Description: PORTAL-TRENCH: A PUPPET PLAY highlights one mother’s exploration of her ‘mothering-time’ as a durable, deep- pocketed and cosmically-connected coat. Portal-Trench presents our protagonist with an unexpected respite that appears at just the right moment, scattering her throughout the space-time continuum while offering her the healing- chance to chat with a few fellow travelers from her past. Expect staged- puppet time travel vis-a-vis fragments of the artist’s memory resurrected as textile, shadow, object, sound, movement, and music!
